Smoked Salmon Spread

One of my dads hobbies is to smoke different types of meats, in fact he loves it so much that he designed and built his own smoker in his backyard along with an awesome brick oven. This past winter he smoked some salmon and it turned out amazingly delicious. My husband and I are really big on dips and spreads, so I decided to make this one by using the salmon my dads smoked and it's a winner, everyone whose tried it said it was really creamy and delicious. It's made with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and fresh chives. Bring this to any party and you'll have people complimenting you left and right. So, here is how you make it.

Smoked Salmon Spread

8 oz. Cream cheese at room temperature
4 tablespoons finely chopped smoked salmon
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped chives

In a medium size bowl combine cream cheese, and Greek yogurt until well combined. Finely chop the salmon and chives, add to the cheese mixture. Mix everything together, store in the fridge for 2 hours so all the flavors marry. Serve with crackers.

**I did not add salt because the salmon was pretty salty.**
